The goal of bringing change is to realize the benefits from improvements through the creation of a transition plan to solve problems and carry the organization from current state to the desired future state.
Leader: A Problem Solver reinforces the necessity to look beyond the superficial when attempting to discover real causes of operational problems so that they can be permanently eliminated. This Workshop is a hands-on session applying the PDCA tool to improve process in your own workspace. This workshop will enable the participants to find the best way to do each step in the process to standardize and improve overall quality of work in their respective organizations.
Objectives:

- The fundamental tools and organizational concepts to implement a continuous improvement program
- All the elements of PDCA & continuous improvement
- The different steps in the PDCA cycle and how to apply the steps to solve real world problems
